Richard Marquis: Associate
Richard Marquis comes to Receivership Specialists with over twenty years of experience in the fields of asset management, real estate brokerage, real estate leasing, accounting, and commercial lending.
Prior to joining Receivership Specialists, Mr. Marquis worked in the OREO Asset Management Department of Citicorp Real Estate where he worked with multiple product types, including office, retail, industrial, and multifamily. His most notable accomplishments were on the Two California Plaza project, a 1.3 million square foot high-rise office tower, located in Los Angeles, California.
After leaving Citicorp, Mr. Marquis worked for industrial and entrepreneurial enterprises in asset management. One of his assignments during this time was the managing and leasing of the Burbank Town Center, a 1.2 million square foot regional mall, located in Burbank, California.
Mr. Marquis earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and his BS cum laude in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge. Mr Marquis is also a Real Estate Broker and a Certified Public Accountant.
