About David Kamm: Project Manager – Court Receiver Reno Nevada

David Kamm brings more than 27 years of experience in real estate, project management, and the law adding tremendous depth to Receivership Specialists Project Management Team. During his professional career, Mr Kamm worked in project management, asset management, residential real estate management, commercial real estate management, and leasing.

While at Birtcher American Properties, in conjunction with the REO department of the former American Savings & Loan, Mr. Kamm lead the Residential Management Division.

While at Held Properties, Mr. Kamm was the development coordinator of the 100, 200 and 300 UCLA Medical Plaza public-private venture and worked side by side with architects, contractors, project managers, lenders and university representatives at the campus and state level. In addition to the $175 million, 600,000 square foot UCLA project, Mr. Kamm served as asset manager for Held Properties’ one million square feet of office and medical office buildings. Mr. Kamm also served as in-house counsel for lease negotiations.

After his experience with Held Properties, Mr. Kamm worked as Department Head and Vice President of Client Communications for MullinTBG, a financial services firm whose clients included top executives of The Coca-Cola Company, Wal-Mart, Nordstrom, Farmers Insurance Group of Companies and The Cheesecake Factory.

Mr. Kamm holds a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and BA from Occidental College in Los Angeles. Mr. Kamm was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and is a licensed attorney.
